Read this panel's data with one structural caveat: many of the highest-profile cardiovascular implantables — pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, heart valves, most coronary stents — are Class III devices that reach market through premarket approval (PMA), not 510(k). They will not appear in these listings at all. What the 510(k) record shows best is the accessory and diagnostic ecosystem around those implants, which is where most of the panel's clearance activity actually happens.
